Administrative Program Membership – Application Form

A program is eligible for Administrative Program Membership if it has an overall purpose to work with individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, for example, governmental units, program service centers.

One voting representative. Dues: $2,200

The CEASD membership year begins July 1st and ends June 30th. Dues are not pro-rated.
