It is with profound sadness, yet deep gratitude, that we celebrate the life of our former Executive Director, Joe Finnegan. As Executive Director, Joe did more than lead—he mentored, inspired, and championed our cause with a generous heart. He will be remembered for his warmth, his belief that relationships are fundamental to good leadership and his steadfast commitment to our mission that all Deaf Children Will Thrive.
