The Staff Support Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, management and provision of the agency’s staff development program. Using a variety of training methods, the Staff Support Specialist designs, develops and delivers strategic employee learning and development programs including, but not limited to, management and leadership development, onboarding, and career development through various modalities including presentations to large or small groups, e-learning and interactive sessions, etc. Coordinates the Ranger Academy/Bridge Learn (Learning Management System) including serving as an expert to support users, maintenance, updates, and operations. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
